Capt’n Corey and his deck hand Braden did a great job of putting us on the fish! My buddy caught a 52” King Mackerel that weight 32lbs and I caught my personal best Mangrove Snapper and personal best Trigger fish. Caught lots of Vermillion Snapper and a variety of other fish along with some Red Snapper that we couldn’t keep because it wasn’t the season yet. Overall epic day! Highly recommend!

Did a 12 hour trip with Captain Corey and first mate Braden awesome trip limited out on Red Snapper, 2 were over 20lbs. Caught White snapper, Mahi, Vermillion snapper, 2 Sharks 1 6’ and 1 9’ booth which were released 1 Moray eel, Cobia, 2 Trigger fish 1 of which was in the 12-15# range which is huge unfortunately not in season so both released, Black snapper, had a King Mackerel which we lost at the boat, and several Mingo snappers. The Captain and first mate are Top Notch couldn’t ask for better. It’s funny cause the trip consisted of Abby, Bill, Bobbi, Braden, Brian, Cory, Corey and Cody thus the headlines.

Our experience with Captain Corey and Braden (Chubb’s) was nothing but pleasant! We left at 6 am and came back in around 12. We reeled in a few Amberjack that weren’t in season and threw them back but the thrill of reeling in a fish was something that everyone got to experience on our trip. Chubb’s was very nice and personable. He made sure everyone was taken care of and made friendly conversations with everyone there. Captain Corey, likewise, was very friendly and personable. My wife hadn’t caught a fish on her own reel so Captain Corey came down and tried for over 20 minutes to get a fish to bite, unfortunately, the fish just weren’t having it that morning. Between the 6 of us on the boat we brought home around 10 fish (Spanish Mackerel and Red Fish). Despite them not really biting we still had a blast and will definitely be back our next vacation. I would highly recommend Captain Corey and The Wahoo Dat for your next private charter!

With this only being my 2nd offshore trip ever and twice as long as the one prior, I was unsure what to expect. Captain Corey and his deckhand made sure that we had a great time. Corey knew where to go to put us on the fish and his deckhand made sure we were taken care of and explained everything very well. We also had a pair of marine biologists on board who were tagging fish we were throwing back. It was a very neat experience to see them tag and take different Messi of different kinds of fish. Overall a great time that I highly recomend! Thanks again Captain!

Did a six hour fishing trip with the Wahoodat Crew! Couldn’t say enough about Capt. Corey and his mate, what a great team! His honest and friendly nature and hardwork from his mate made our day great! Water was beautiful calm and pretty darn hot. You don’t notice the heat when your catching fish though! We caught a wide variety of fish and many of them! Capt. Corey knows where they are and doesn’t mind putting you on them. If your looking for a good trip on a nice boat with a really good crew this is a great choice! Thanks again Wahoodat we will definitely go with you again!
