Looking to explore the world-famous fishery of Orange Beach, AL with a host of angling buddies? Or maybe you want to take the whole family on a vacation they won’t forget? Then come aboard Cool Change Charters and get ready to cruise these plentiful waters onboard a USCG-licensed vessel that can accommodate up to 17 adventurers!

Captain Joseph Nash specializes in offering top-quality private charters for large groups. He’s been in the charter business since 1987, so it’s fair to say that he has plenty of experience when it comes to offering world-class angling adventures! Whether you’re a budding fisherman looking to troll nearshore waters, or a seasoned angler who wants to spend a whole day offshore, Capt. Joe really does offer something for everyone.

You’ll be fishing aboard a top-of-the-line 46’ Gilliken offshore sport fishing vessel. She can accommodate up to 17 guests and is fully licensed for all of them. Your comfort and safety is Capt. Joe’s top priority – onboard, you’ll find all of the necessary navigational equipment to get you to the hotspots, as well as life jackets, a full toilet, and air-conditioning. There are also outriggers to maximize your trolling potential!

As for the species you’ll be targeting? It all depends on whether you opt to explore nearshore waters, or want to head further out on an offshore extravaganza! You’ll have the option to troll for King and Spanish Mackerel, bottom fish for a variety of Grouper, Snapper, and Amberjack, and even come face-to-gills with the hard-fighting Mahi Mahi. Your captain and crew will be on hand to help you try out and refine different techniques.

Capt. Joe has run 4,000 paid charters over the past 27 years, and takes plenty of care to ensure your trip will be both safe and successful. He’ll also provide you with top-quality rods and reels, as well as tackle and live bait – everything you need for a successful day out on the water. I started commercial fishing the bays at the age of 12, and have since worked on the water, running all types of vessels. I have been in the charter fishing business full-time since 1987, and I have been USCG licensed since 1982. I have fished over 4,000 paid charters and still love to see people catch fish! Our crew takes pride in our boat, customers, and catch. I would like to have the opportunity to take you and your family, or a group of friends, fishing!
