Every year for 8 yrs we’ve come to destin from different locations to meet together. We went fishing in the past but now we’ve created a tradition of going fishing consistently for the last 4 years and many years to come. We had a more enjoyable time this year now that we used “TradeWinds”. What a great experience with the captain and crew. Everyone caught fish and was able to keep at least one while others were able to keep many. The accommodations are perfect for a larger group with a large a/c cabin, two RR, and plenty of space to sit or stretch out. No one was elbow to elbow while fishing, plenty of space to spread out and walk around each other when fishing and baiting and reeling in our catch.
We definitely will be using “TradeWinds” next year!! If you aren’t sure what charter to use, aren’t dedicated to a specific charter, or are looking to try a better charter than last time, this is the one you should book with, hands down.

I’ve had the opportunity to go on TradeWinds a few times when I was living local.
While I’m not the most ‘outdoorsy’ individual, I have always enjoyed being out on the boat and even the fishing! It’s a great way to experience fishing especially if you’re new to the sport. All you have to do is show up.
Justin is very personable and passionate about what he does. The captain and crew do their best to make sure everyone has a good experience. My trips are definitely the highlight of my time back home and I’m looking forward to when I get the chance to go again.

Great experience with TradeWinds - Fishing was great, crew assisted in landing the larger fish, provided fillet servicing on dock, and demonstrated remarkable patience with a wide range of customer fishing experience levels!  My son was particularly impressed with deckhand Justin’s explanations and knowledge of the sea life in the Destin area.
10 out of 10, would definitely recommend, and will definitely be going out again with Trade Winds ASAP.

We vacationed from the east coast of NC, not knowing anything about charters in this area. Well, we definitely picked the right one! Captain Larry put us right on the fish, and THE MAN - AJ, was the best ever. AJ instructed us on everything fishing….we caught an incredible amount of fish and his demeanor and humor is the best. Hope to make it again next year and will definitely choose them again.

What a great time we had for my sons bachelor party, they took great care of us and got us on to the fish. We caught enough to have our rehearsal dinner for over 60 people and we’ll definitely go again when down here for another vacation. Even though he is a Titan fan we will convert him to being a Chiefs fan soon. 😂😂😂
