Capt. Ariel Sportfishing – Ochopee 

Join Captain Ariel Sportfishing Charters for a fun and productive day on the waters around Ochopee. Your guide loves to pass on his knowledge to other anglers, so use this unique opportunity to learn a new skill, get insight tips, and come back to the marina with lots of tasty fish!

You’ll be fishing aboard a 20’ skiff that accommodates up to three anglers. Being built in 2019, this brand new boat features modern navigational electronics and she’s powered by a 90 HP Yamaha engine. She may not be spacious, but she’ll provide a safe and stable ride.

You’ll go after several fish species, exploring the local reefs, backcountry, and inshore waters. By using mostly light tackle and techniques like spinning and jigging, you can land Tarpon, Permit, Tripletail, Snook, Redfish, and Spotted Seatrout. Want to take things to the next level? Try fly fishing! Simply ask the captain before the trip to bring the equipment and try out this advanced technique.

Preparation? Just bring some snacks. The captain covers everything else, which includes your fishing license, rods, reels, bait, and fresh water. If you’re hoping to have a fancy feast after the trip, he’ll clean and fillet your catch.
