Captain Mike is a great guy, with very solid knowledge of the area, the trip was truly entertaining and productive. Mike knows how and where to catch gulf fish, which appears to be not an easy task. The only thing I regret that one of our team got sea sickness, but it was outside of the Mike’s scope. I highly recommend this captain and his tours.

We had a party of 6 that went on the trip. We only caught 4 sharks, but we still had a wonderful time and made good memories. My sister on laws father passed away and we spread his ashes and had a little ceremony before we caught the sharks. Mike went above and beyond and brought a flag for the ceremony and he also markeed the coordinates so we can put them on the flag . He was the best captain we’ve had on a fishing trip.. well definitely book again.

This was our first trip with Captain Mike but won’t be our last! We are already talking about planning our next trip with him! He searched so hard for the fish and as you can see, he found them for us and we had a blast. His boat is setup perfect for fishing and extremely comfortable for the ride for the day. The day started with a safety review and then straight out to sea. He is a really nice guy that we enjoyed talking to throughout the trip. He worked hard rigging up different setups for us and at the end of the trip, cleaned our catch up for us. Thanks Mike, we will be booking again with you soon.

What an awesome fishing trip!  From start to finish Captain Mike was always going above and beyond for us.  He has one goal, put you on some fish.
If you’ve ever been fishing before , and if you’re reading this I’m sure you have, you know it’s never guaranteed.  It’s either hit or miss and the spectrum range can be extreme.  We went for big risk - big reward, marlin or maybe a wahoo.  Our day started with a friendly dolphin escort out to the jetties.  You have to see it to believe it! 
We trolled for a few hours with no luck.  So he put us on top of some structure and we started catching red snapper.  We even hooked a big shark that broke the water surface and cut the line.  We trolled more on the way back and hooked into those kingfish which was the icing on the cake.  No marlin but we got plenty of table fare for each of us. 
The worst thing about the trip is the mosquitos around the boat slip when you’re loading and unloading the boat.  BRING LOTS BUGSPRAY! 
The best part of the trip was Captain Mike.  He was both easy and fun to talk to.  His knowledge and experience is top notch.  When he talks, listen!  It’s no wonder he’s always booked up! 

Thank you again Captain Mike.  My daughter and I had an amazing fishing trip and we look forward to seeing you again.

We had a great time on our trip with Capt Mike! We caught zero fish but we had so much fun hanging out with Capt Mike and giving it our best shot! If there was ever a face to define persistence it would be Capt Mike’s! He did not give up for a minute trying to get us a fish hook on the entire 6-7 hours. We through everything at them minus jumping in and trying to spear one. We gave it our best shot but they weren’t biting.. They were there so he got us on them, but no one was hungry. It happens, but will definitely head out again with Capt Mike when we do another charter in a few months! Thanks Capt Mike!
