We enjoyed our trip! It is our son’s 15th birthday and the crew made sure he caught something spectacular! A HUGE blackfin tuna!! A wonderful private charter with a bathroom! The captain and his wife were very knowledgeable and a local couple who knew the water very well. Would definitely recommend. We will book again!!

As the creator of a “kids charter” in the Destin area, this Captain/first mate couple is amazing! We did the kids charter and they made sure that the kids were the priority but had no problem letting dad step in to help reel when the kids got tired in order to not lose the fish so the kids could bring the fish in at the end! We hooked up on tons of Bonita, Mahi, amber jack, and king mackerel! We are already trying to plan the next trip for next year with our friends younger kids! Kent knows the waters well and can do it all and Bobby is phenomenal with the kids! Being a mother herself she gets it and knows how to teach them like it’s second nature and they together make it an amazing experience for all involved, kids and parents alike! At the end of the trip they also offered to clean the fish for us and provided the leftover ice for our cooler to get the fish home. I cannot recommend this charter enough and if you have any doubts just look at the other reviews, they know what they’re doing fishing and have perfected kids fishing to make it a fun experience that makes a memory to last forever! Captain Kent and Bobbi Jo were awesome from the get go. We had four kids who have never fished in the ocean before, and they brought us out and we’re great with the kids. Coming into the trip, he let us know that he had an engine out, so instead of a 3 hour trip, they would start the three hours once we get out on the water and start fishing. The fish didn’t cooperate, but everyone had fun. After 3 hours of fishing, since we had only caught one and missed a couple others, they offered to keep us out until we found some fish. We had already planned some other activities, so we had to decline, but what other charter service would even offer that option? We will definitely fish with them again if we come down.

We had a fun day out on the water.  Kent and his wife made sure we had lots of opportunity to catch a variety of fish while providing information about each type caught.  We would certainly recommend and will make sure to look them up the next time we are back!

Although we didn’t have the best of luck fishing, Kent and his wife did everything they could to make it happen. They were friendly and went above and beyond with the kids. We would definite book again with them!
