Words don’t do justice to how great the fishing trip was we took with Redfish Nation from start to finish. Capt David is a top notch guide and a even better individual that always has a smile on his face. From the first contact I made with him he treated us like family, he helped me and my wife with lodging reservations, which was awesome stayed on the water and got picked up by boat to head out fishing. The fishing was awesome caught tons of fish even watched pods of dolphins both days so close to the boat you could almost touch them. From the very beginning Capt David recommended that we let him make dinner reservations for us where the chef would use the fish we caught to prepare dinner for us. That was the best dinning experience we have ever had, highly recommend everyone else take him up on his offer. The trip was great, the people we met were great, and the Capt is 1st class.

I took my son and his friend on a fishing trip with Captain Dave and had a wonderful day of in-shore fishing. Although we were novice fishermen, Captain Dave put us on the fish and assisted us with his fishing skills to ensure that we caught plenty of fish and had a great time. Afterward, he provided us with a high-quality video recording of our experience. I enjoyed the trip so much that I booked another trip a few months later with my son and daughter. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I plan to book another trip with him shortly.

I’m big on Reviews! After searching and reading reviews about local Fishing Guides near New Orleans, Captain David stood out the most! Very glad and lucky to get such an experience Fishing Guide. Captain David was polite, very well manner, funny, patience, on time, passionate about fishing, and knowledgeable of the area. My wife loved it. Afterward our trip, she was telling me, Man…... Captain baited the hook, grabbed the fish, netted the fish, and cleaned the fish! I’m a fisherman and Captain insisted that I have fun fishing and he took care of the rest. Had an awesome afternoon with Capt. David! Came down to the area from NY during a cold spell, and although the fishing started out slow, David moved us all over until we found the spot and got on the fish. The two of us ended up with our limit of 5 redfish each (plus a few released afterwards and rogue largemouth). Boat and gear were all great and David was super helpful giving us advice, getting bait, and getting us on the fish all day, plus giving recommendations on cooking our catch. After our first time fishing in LA, we will definitely be back and fishing with Captain David!

I gave Redfish Nation 5 stars because Captain David was awesome! He worked hard on getting us fish. My husband and I had a great time with him. Captain David took care of our dinner reservations and the place for us to stay. He treated us like family and will be definitely going with him again!
